Order of operations
Pair gateway in Smart Life/Tuya app until child devices show online. Update gateway firmware. Same 2.4 GHz LAN for gateway, Echo hub, and phone. Disable VPN.
Then share to Alexa Matter once — not parallel with Google. One Amazon account region. Remove failed Alexa duplicates before retry.
Reboot Echo with hub role if delay exceeds fifteen minutes on clean network.
